Fladbury Walkabout 2017 a Resounding Success

Great weather and lots of happy visitors made this year's walkabout a resounding success, which is so rewarding for all of the organisors and helpers, who put in so much to make the event run smoothly each year. Dairy date: Fladbury Walkabout 2018 will be on Sat 7th and Sun 8th July! 

Planning is now underway for the 2017 Walkabout, with the theme for this year's Flower Festival under discussion. However, we are confident that this year's event is going to include: -

More than 20 fabulous Open Gardens

With the added attraction of:

 

  • Walkabout Market Stalls

    • Lots of stalls selling such things as cakes and preserves, handicrafts, white elephant, bric-a-brac, secondhand books gifts, plants, fair trade hats, secondhand toys, sweets, greeting cards, jewellery, fruit and veg, dog accessories and gifts, artefacts from Africa - and more! plus Bottle Tombola

  • Boat Trips

    • Enjoy seeing Fladbury’s Lower Avon riverside, with gardens, wildlife and Paddle Club, whilst meandering upstream under the railway bridge and up to the Evesham Golf Club course.

  • Fun Dog Show 11.30am 3.00pm
    • Agility Demonstration, Best Ears, Waggiest Tail, Best Trick, Dog Looks Most Like Its Owner, Prettiest Eyes, Child's Best Friend, Most Fabulous Fella, Loviest Lady, Best Rescue and Best In Show.
  • Classic Cars

  • Art sale and Exhibition

  • Fladbury Museum

  • Live Music

  • Children's Activities

  • Fun Run (Sunday)

Admission by Programme - available at the car parks and in front of the church.

Adults £6.50, Children under 15 free. Weekend Ticket £10
